Hydronic Solution Product Air separator is use in any HVAC system for Removing dissolved air/gases or micro bubbles in the Hydronic system.
It’s 3-to-1 body diameter to nozzle diameter ratio slows the fluid velocity to help entrained air come out of solution, while its tangential inlet and outlet nozzles induces centrifugal fluid flow.
This centrifugal flow creates a low pressure vortex in the center of the tank where entrained air can come out of solution and float to the top of the tank where it can easily be removed via an air vent.
In the process it separates undissolved impurities as well.
Air Seprator Shell be fabircated as per ASME Section VIII for Non –Fired Pressure Vessels and flanges shall be as per IS 6392 – 1971 or Asme B16.5.
